1. JOB OVERVIEW

Contribute and increase sale revenue

Maintain VMD & sales floors following guideline

Proposal of good sales items to superiors to place suitable order

Collect and share customer feedback / market information

Improve product knowledge to provide customers prompt advise

Conduct of consultation

Emergency and customer management

2. SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In store operation

●      Ensure cleanliness of sale floors/ shelves/ zone in charge

●      Ensure to complete assigned tasks during working hours

●      Be responsible for products condition and inform to superiors for any defection of product/ store fixtures/ facilities

●      Support company activities to earn customers trust

Customer service

●      Continue to provide high-quality services while communicating the concept of MUJI to customers

●      Raise MUJI's response level with a wealth of knowledge and overwhelming customer response as a specialized

●      Must have a good attitude & polite to customer. Be patience.

●      Appropriate management of customer personal information included in the MUJI SUPPORT chart

Contribute and increase sale revenue

●      Perform good sales based on current stock & store condition

●      Advise customers on product information, promotion, pricing

●      Introduce customer on store service & seek for customers' satisfaction

●      Improve selling skill to perform effective cross sales

VMD/ Floor sales maintenance

●      Manage VMD condition

●      Replenishment/ fulfill of product quantity/ color/ size on sales floor

●      Manage POP & fixtures at in-charge zone and inform to superiors for any changes

●      Support VMD/ Superiors on display

●      Support superiors on stock management

Product knowledge

●      Have solid products knowledge on department in-charge

●      Improve other department knowledge to perform cross sale

Be able to understand about materials type & instruction care of different material

3. ABILITY, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR WORK

●      As a salesperson, be familiar with customer needs, expand sales, and pursue store productivity and efficiency

●      Always manage sales floors from the customer's point of view, and pursue trust, safe, support from more customers

●      Collect and share information of other companies, market, and surrounding areas

●      Improve motivation and promotion of growth through effective engagement with other staffs

●      Speaking English basic skill

●      Be able to transfer within one hour by appropriate transportation

4. EXPERIENCE

Have more than 1 year working experience at another company as a plus
